If requested by the customer, T&T will upgrade spirals onsite. This 48” wide x 1100 ft I.J. White spiral was upgraded with all new plastics and T&T built electrical controls.

T&T has been remanufacturing and upgrading spiral cooler and freezer conveyors for many years.

T&T remanufactured this particular spiral in the Chicago area.

If we’re not able to see the spiral running, we like to have as much background information on a spiral as we can get from the prior bakery’s maintenance personnel.

This particular 36” belt x 1600ft I.J. White spiral had multiple operational problems which T&T resolved and improved for the spiral’s new owner. With addition of T&T built electrical controls, the end product was a practically all new spiral.

I.J. White Spiral remanufactured with conveyors

One of our customers recommended T&T for the relocation and upgrade of a Northfield spiral cooler in the Wisconsin area. At the customer’s request, we sourced a used spiral cooler, disassembled it, and upgraded it for a turn key installation. In addition to structural upgrades, we replaced all worn bearings, plastic belt runners and drive caps.
