T&T’s intermediate pocket and tray proofer design for loaf bread, pizza dough ball, and pita bread has been designed for low maintenance and long production runs with capacities from 3,000 to 14,000/hour. Our proofers allow for variable proof times. PLC and touch screen controls provide the most up to date control technology.
T&T also offers large capacity shelf type and step proofers for pans and/or peel boards. Custom designed and built for various automated systems for fully baked or raw dough frozen bread products.
