T&T remanufactured this large Sollich chocolate enrober for a large cookie producer in the Chicago area.

Using parts supplied by the end user, T&T reverse engineered this enrober for a small test kitchen line, transforming this small enrober from a single purpose device to a multi-tasking enrober with a stringer added. Modifications were made to the rest of the device enabling the application of enrobing materials other than chocolate.
