T&T will rebuild and upgrade any horizontal mixer from 200 to 2000lbs. We can rebuild and upgrade customer’s own existing sigma arm or roller bar cooling jacketed mixers. The rebuild can include all new electrical wiring and PLC based up-to-date controls. We have completed mixer rebuilds on BE/W roll bar type dough mixers, APV/Baker Perkins fixed bowl type dough mixers, and double digma arm cookie dough mixers.
