T&T BREAD SCORING AUTOMATION

The T&T scoring automation was designed as labor saving flexible platform. The machine can be used as stand alone, or inline integrated with an automatic tunnel oven loader. The machine can score straight cuts single cycle or 45 deg angle cuts. It’s fully Pneumatic operated with plug in to 115V single phase power. PLC and Touch Screen control make it capable for recipe-based operation. Adjustable height and adjustable angle cutting blade support. We can design for customer’s own board sizes and product board patterns. It can be built for product in pans scoring also.
