T&T has been relocating, rebuilding and installing cookie band ovens for over 20 years.  This experience has led us to design and build our own cookie band ovens. We have adapted the Warner LeHara recirculating type, the most successful North American cookie oven as a platform.

As structural design improvements, we use 14 gauge materials instead of the standard 16 gauge for the inner bake chambers. We have redesigned the internal heat circulating duct work by reducing sharp corners to provide better airflow.

Additionally, we have redesigned the temperature controls to the latest NFPA requirements with the most up to date PLC and touch screen controls.  To provide more consistent and stable temperature read out in each zone, we have updated the thermo-couple positions.

These ovens are available with steel baking band, CB-5 or balance weave mesh belt.
