Over the years, T&T has been contacted by various insurance underwriters for Damage Assessment work when an insured bakery’s baking oven and/or process system has received damage from flood, fire, water, oil, hurricane, etc.

We provide this valuable service with a T&T engineer traveling to the site to evaluate and provide a detailed written damage report, assess estimated value prior to damage, and provide cost estimates for recovery work. As a full service operation, T&T can also provide the actual reverse engineering and re-manufacturing work required to satisfy both the insured and the insurance company.
